Whether the bear beats the wolf or the wolf beats the bear, the rabbit always loses.

Newly Updated Facebook Page

I’ll be breaking away from writing new posts on my blog for a while.

Yep, you heard me right. And before you jump to conclusions, I want to ensure all my ardent readers:

  1. I’m NOT done sharing real practical property tips/advice  for ordinary buyers
  2. I’m NOT done critising “BullSXXX Property & Wealth Gurus”. They seem to be popping out everywhere like pop corns recently. Tom, Dick, Harry, Ah Bengs, Ah Lians, & “Millionaire” Wannabes so eager to share their get-rich “secrets”.  Those few who did boast about their fortunes weren’t telling the whole truth. Who are they trying to bluff?!
  3. I’m NOT done sharing updated views on the property market

It’s a short break for me after 3 years writing. A break to finish up my newly awaited property book which is looooong over-due and have been asked many times by ardent readers. It was to be published since last year and procrastination is the Number One killer for not getting things done. I’m so guilty of this myself!

You’ve been reading my blog because you’ve pressing questions on the property market and want some ANSWERS:

  • Should I enter now?
  • When is a good time to enter?
  • How long should I wait?
  • Should I wait any longer?
  • Have property prices fallen to extreme low?
  • Where and what to buy?
  • How to buy?
  • Real advice vs Fake Advice?
  • Who should I listen to? Every thing in the media today seems propagated for vested interests
  • …… Answers???

I’m not a saint and certainly not a “guru” to give you all the answers you want.  Proclaimed “Guru and Experts” wear hula hoops bought from Toys “R” Us  to hide their greedy horns sticking out of their heads. You think they are angels and you sign the pact with the devil for your entire life as a debt slave without even knowing it!

I don’t claim to know all the answers and that’s a fact I don’t hide. Rather, I prefer to provide you the FRAME and you fill in your own PICTURE. I think this is only morally ethical and make practical sense. Teach you to fish and you learn to fish your whole life.

So, I digressed.

Let’s go back. Where were we? Oh yes, I’m taking a break from writing new posts at least till end of this year.

I’ll be sharing short & sharp advice on my newly updated Facebook. Probably 2-3 times a week.

So, ADD and LIKE me on Facebook NOW. Tell your friends and people you care about that there’s indeed a neutral platform representing the interest of ordinary property buyers among the wolves and bears.

Whether the bear beats the wolf or the wolf beats the bear, the rabbit always loses.
